Clear terms for using Warestack’s DevOps automation platform

About Warestack
Warestack delivers automation, monitoring, and compliance tooling for engineering teams. Accessing our website or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the platform.
We may update these Terms to reflect new functionality or legal requirements. Material changes are announced inside the product or via email, and continued use implies consent.
What You Get
- •Automated enforcement of branch protections, approvals, and deploy gates
- •Live monitoring and notifications across GitHub, Slack, and Linear
- •Dashboards with developer metrics, audit trails, and historical insights
- •Lightweight collaboration tools to keep teams aligned on releases
Your Responsibilities
- •Maintain secure credentials (SSO or 2FA) and notify us of suspicious activity
- •Ensure repository permissions and org metadata are accurate
- •Comply with applicable laws, GitHub policies, and internal security requirements
Prohibited Uses
- •Reverse engineering or disrupting Warestack infrastructure
- •Sharing access beyond your organization or bypassing policy checks
- •Using Warestack to violate intellectual property or platform rules
Security & Storage
- •GitHub provides repository metadata via the official API
- •AWS hosts our infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit
- •An optional “no persistence” mode analyzes events in-memory only
Liability Limits
- •Indirect or consequential damages (lost revenue, downtime, reputational harm)
- •Data loss caused by user misconfiguration, third-party outages, or attacks
- •Security breaches that originate outside of Warestack’s environment
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior six (6) months.
Updates & Contact
Warestack may modify features or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or legal reasons. You'll always receive notice for material updates.
